User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the website noteworthybrand.com (“Site”) and any services provided through it by noteworthy brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our Site, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Site.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order promptly after receiving payment. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any issues with delivery or shipping (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts) must be reported to us promptly.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, IL and you agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of this Agreement.

  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
